GON Inspect
QC inspectors photograph goods, scan carton and product codes, and write up an inspection report on the spot — with or without a network connection.
Who it is for
GON Inspect is built for quality-control inspectors working in factories, warehouses and loading bays — and for the sourcing teams who read what they write. It replaces the paper checklist, the phone camera roll and the evening spent assembling both into a report.
What it does
- Photograph and scan in one place. Take a photo of a defect and scan the carton code without leaving the camera view. The photo attaches itself to the checklist item you are on.
- Works without a network. Factory floors and container yards rarely have reliable signal. Everything is written to the device first and syncs when a connection returns. You never lose a report because the bars dropped.
- Structured inspection stages. Work through the stages and checklist items your organisation defines, record findings per item, and reach a single overall verdict.
- Reports that reach the office immediately. Once synced, the report and its photographs are available to your colleagues — no exporting, no email attachments.
