Website Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website only. Our mobile applications are covered by their own policies — see Products.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is:
GON Commerce Supply UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Waltersdorfer Str. 82
12526 Berlin
Germany
Email: gonadlershof@gmail.com
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR or §38 BDSG.
2. Server log files
When you open a page on this website, your browser automatically transmits information that our web server records in log files:
- the IP address of the requesting device,
- the date and time of the request,
- the page or file requested and the amount of data transferred,
- the HTTP status code returned,
- the referring page, if your browser sends one,
- the browser type and version and the operating system.
Purpose and legal basis. This data is required to deliver the website to you and to keep it secure and stable — for example to detect and block attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
Retention. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless a specific entry is needed longer to investigate a concrete security incident.
This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to build a profile of you.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising technology and no consent-management platform. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
4. No third-party content
All resources on this website — stylesheets, fonts, images and icons — are served from our own servers in the European Union. In particular we do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any other content delivery network, and we embed no external maps, videos or social media widgets. Your browser therefore does not connect to any third party when you view these pages, and no third party receives your IP address.
5. Contacting us by email
If you write to one of the email addresses published on this site, we process the content of your message and the contact details you provide in order to answer you.
Legal basis. Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps taken prior to entering into one; otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us.
Retention. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and thereafter for as long as statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law require. We then delete it.
6. Hosting
This website is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Our hosting provider processes data solely on our instructions as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a data processing agreement.
7. Recipients of your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is disclosed only to our hosting and email providers acting as processors on our behalf, or where we are required to disclose it by law.
We do not transfer personal data collected through this website to countries outside the European Economic Area.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation and a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15),
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16),
- have your data erased (Art. 17),
- have processing restricted (Art. 18),
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20),
- object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21),
- withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).
To exercise any of these rights, write to gonadlershof@gmail.com. We answer within one month.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the Member State of your residence or place of work. The authority competent for us is: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the way we operate this website changes — for example if we ever add a contact form or a measurement tool. The current version always applies and is dated at the top of this page.
